Tiller — Co-Founder & Chief Product & Technology Officer
Oct 2023 – PresentSeed-stage AI meeting-intelligence platform for sales teams. London, UK.
- Built the product from zero — live, real-time AI meeting intelligence now analysing 100,000+ meetings at £200k+ ARR.
- Designed and wrote the production system across AWS (Lambda, ECS, Bedrock) and Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, VPCs).
- Shipped production AI end to end: LLMs, RAG, agents with tool/function calling and custom MCP servers, with evaluation and guardrails.
- Wrote Google and Microsoft Calendar integrations that passed both companies’ full security reviews.
- Achieved ISO 27001 in six weeks; implemented GDPR and drove SOC 2 readiness. Raised £300k in venture funding.
Walking on Earth — Head of Product & Engineering
Jun 2022 – Jan 2024VC-backed AI wellness-tech startup. London, UK.
- Led product and engineering for the platform, managing a cross-functional team of 10.
- Built groundbreaking tech fusing biometric, wearable and calendar data into a personalised AI health-coaching experience.
- Re-platformed onto cross-platform delivery and relaunched in 2023 with a new API, full rebrand and a subscription model.
Doctify — Director of Product
Feb 2018 – Jun 2022Fast-scaling health-tech SaaS: clinician reviews, booking & search. London, UK.
- Built the Vitality specialist booking and search system still in use today — roughly 80% of Vitality’s patient bookings.
- Delivered the business’s first FHIR-based direct booking integration (BMI Healthcare), extended to Vitality and HCA.
- Led international expansion into four new markets and re-platformed to multi-tenant, multilingual SaaS.
Pharmplex (World Travel Clinic) — Head of Product

- Led a rebrand and pivot to ML-driven distribution; built ML-powered playlists that grew revenue 24% while cutting costs.
- Grew organic traffic 50% through a rebuilt SEO strategy; built back-office systems in Django.
